Nepal isn't short on ways to get your heart rate up, and this package is built to hit the biggest ones back to back. A sunrise flight past Everest on helicopter, white-water rafting on the Trishuli, a jungle safari through rhino and tiger territory in Chitwan, a quiet boat ride on Phewa Lake, a bungee jump off a gorge bridge in Kushma, and a paragliding flight over the Annapurna range to close it out. No single-activity day trips here โ this is eight days of doing the things people fly to Nepal specifically to do.
You don't need prior experience for any of it. Guides run the safety checks, the gear is proper commercial-grade equipment, and every operator on this route has been doing this for years. What you need is a reasonable level of fitness and a willingness to jump, paddle, or wake up at 5 a.m. when someone tells you to.

Best season for this package runs from September to early June. Monsoon months (June to August) push river levels too high for comfortable rafting, cut down flight visibility for the Everest leg, and turn Chitwan's trails muddy and mosquito-heavy. The mountain flight depends on clear weather โ if it's socked in on your scheduled morning, we rebook you for the next available slot rather than skip it. Bring sunglasses and a warm jacket for the flight โ it's cold at altitude, and the sun through the window is sharper than you'd expect. Minimum age for bungee jumping is usually 12, with a weight limit around 35 kg to 130 kg โ check with us if you're near either end. Paragliding has no strict age limit but does have a weight cap, and pregnant travelers should sit that one out. Chitwan's jeep safari is open to most fitness levels, but the jungle walk involves a fair bit of standing and quiet waiting, so bring good closed shoes and insect repellent. None of the water or air activities require you to swim, but comfort in water helps for the rafting leg.
Airport pickup, transfer to your hotel, and a short briefing on the days ahead. Gear checklists get handed out here so you know what to pack for the river, the jump, and the jungle. Rest of the day is free โ walk around Thamel, get dinner, sleep early. Day 2 starts before sunrise.
Early pickup for a roughly 4 hour flight on helicopter along the Himalayan range, with Everest itself visible from your window seat on a clear morning โ no trekking, no altitude sickness, just a window and good timing. Flight returns to Kathmandu by mid-morning. Rest of the day free in the city to rest up before the rafting leg begins.
Morning drive to the put-in point on the Trishuli River. Safety briefing, gear fitting, and a few hours on the water โ rapids mixed with slower stretches where you can catch your breath and look at the canyon walls around you. Lunch by the riverbank once you're off the water, then the drive continues south to Chitwan, arriving by evening. Canoe ride on the Rapti River and a Tharu cultural program to close out the day.
Full day in the park. Morning jeep safari through the grasslands and sal forest, tracking one-horned rhinos, spotted deer, and โ with some patience โ maybe a Bengal tiger. Afternoon visit to the elephant breeding center and a nature walk with a park guide, who'll point out things you'd otherwise walk straight past. This is the calm, watch-and-wait day of the trip before the adrenaline picks back up.
Morning drive from Chitwan to Pokhara. Once you've checked in, head down to Phewa Lake for a boat ride, with the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre peaks sitting on the water's surface if the afternoon is clear. Slow, quiet, and a good reset after two activity-heavy days. Evening free on the lakeside strip.
Drive out to the gorge site near Kushma, roughly two hours from Pokhara. This is a static platform jump off a suspension bridge, well over 200 meters above the river below. Full safety gear, harness checks done twice, and staff who've supervised thousands of jumps. Most people need about ten seconds to talk themselves into stepping off. After the jump, drive back to Pokhara for the evening.
Morning transfer up to Sarangkot for a tandem paragliding flight. You'll be in the air for 20 to 30 minutes, riding thermals above Phewa Lake with the Annapurna range in view the entire time. Afternoon free โ last chance to walk the lakeside, pick up souvenirs, or just sit somewhere with a good view before heading back to Kathmandu.
Morning drive back to Kathmandu, or a short domestic flight if you'd rather skip the road. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey, or extend your stay if one more day sounds appealing.
