Yatri Car Rentals Pvt. Ltd. is a vehicle rental and tour company in Thamel, Kathmandu. We rent cars, jeeps, vans and buses with a licensed driver for airport transfers, city tours and trips across Nepal.
Our rental fleet ranges from the 4-seat Toyota Hilux and 5-seat Land Cruiser to a 7-seat Bolero Jeep, a 15-seat HiAce, a 20-seat Coaster and a 35-seat Deluxe Bus. That lets a couple, a family or a large group each get a vehicle that fits. Every rental comes with a driver who knows the route, which matters on roads like Kathmandu to Pokhara or the jeep track into Mustang.
Most of our bookings fall into three groups. The first is airport transfers and Kathmandu day tours. The second is road trips such as Kathmandu to Pokhara and Kathmandu to Chitwan. The third is multi-day tour packages to Lumbini, Muktinath, Upper Mustang and Nagarkot. We also arrange tourist bus tickets and domestic flight tickets.
You can book a package with fuel, driver allowance and tolls included, or a vehicle-only rate where fuel and driver costs are billed on actual use. A 25% advance confirms the booking and the balance is paid on arrival or at the end of the trip. Our published vehicle rates and FAQs cover the details.
